salt and spices finished off with a wee touch of garlic!
Our ham is the finest Italian Speck, a type of prosciutto from the Val di Fiemme region.
Our special wholewheat Bigoli, also from Veneto,
is a long thick spaghetti like pasta. This ancient type of pasta dates back to the Venetian Republic in the1600’s. We also will be serving the broad flat dried egg Pappardelle pasta noodles originally from Tuscany.
